At Kitchen Ergonomics we not only design, supply and fit kitchens but beautiful bespoke bedrooms, utility rooms, boot rooms and much more.

Below is an example of a boot room / utility room or as trendsetters call them a ‘Bootility Room' that we recently installed in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Whilst our clients previous room looked like the perfect area to store coats, wellies and more it wasn't flowing properly. They came to us wanting to make the most of the vast space they had and to create a room that was functional and practical .

During the design brief they explained it was important to include a custom built dog bed for their much loved family pet. They also wanted an area for their washer, tumble drier and plenty more storage space for laundry essentials.  

In the before and after image below we were able to create a tall larder storage cupboard where the coats were originally hanging and create the perfect cosy space for a dog bed who is of course the star of the show and loves his new home. 

The chosen door is a shaker style porcelain door in the Aldana range, our clients wanted a light coloured door and to add a pop of colour with their green painted walls. They made the decision to change the existing Belfast sink to a Blanco Siligranit White sink with drainer grooves ideal for cleaning mud off after those long winter walks.
