We wanted to say a huge thank you to the OLLIE Foundation for hosting another successful quiz night. A fantastic evening raising money whilst also raising awareness about mental health in young adults and how it can affect us all.
The OLLIE Foundation is a charity set up by three parents whose children sadly lost their sons to this awful illness that is mental health.
OLLIE standing for One Life Lost is Enough are there to support you or your family, to give advice or offer support.
At Kitchen Ergonomics we want to give back to our community and often support local charities as well as national charities. Mental Health can often be seen as such a taboo subject and often people aren't sure how to approach it but we believe a problem shared is a problem halved. It really does pay to talk whether it be to your loved ones or to someone on the end of the phone we urge people not to suffer in silence. We want to continue raising as much money and awareness as we can.
