    Thanks for the tip on freezing ripe baannas. I have my Mamaw’s recipe (or receipt as she wrote it) for banana nut bread. It’s the only one I’ve ever seen that uses beaten egg whites. It’s fabulous, but your’s sounds good, too. If I cooked, other than special occasions, I might try it!
